KOLO 8’s Jayde Ryan visited the restaurant to learn how the culinary team combines a global perspective with fresh, local flavors to create menus that reflect the stunning North Lake Tahoe setting.
At Osteria Sierra, they offer a modern take on Italian cuisine with the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a traditional osteria. It features house-made dishes, family-style dining, and an opportunity to gather around the table over a great meal. One of the menu highlights is the pasta, which is made fresh every day.
For something more casual, Tahoe Provisions offers pastries and desserts prepared daily by Chef David Campbell whose experience has taken him all over the globe, from Abu Dhabi to France. Tahoe Provisions also offers homemade bagels every day, grab-and-go salads, sandwiches and other options that are perfect for taking along on a hike or picnic on the lake. And guests can also enjoy coffee made with beans from local roaster Drink Coffee Do Stuff.
