OKLAHOMA CITY —
It’s almost time for the Oklahoma State Fair, meaning fairgoers will need to prepare their taste buds for a variety of new and interesting food choices.

On top of the usual state fair classics like corn dogs and turkey legs, there are more than 50 new culinary creations to try at the Oklahoma State Fair.
Some of the new food and drinks include hot honey chicken lemonade, mango bourbon pork ribs, and pickle Dr Pepper.

The 2026 Oklahoma State Fair starts on Thursday, Sept. 17, and runs through Sunday, Sept. 27. The theme for this year’s state fair is The Midway of the Mother Road to celebrate 100 years of Route 66.
