OKLAHOMA CITY –
Kroger announced it will end its grocery delivery service on Jan. 31, 2026, citing layoffs within the company. The company has not released additional details about how the cuts will impact specific regions.
Several other delivery services continue to operate in Oklahoma.
Instacart
Instacart delivers groceries from multiple participating retailers. Stores available through the app include
HomelandNatural GrocersSproutsAldiSam’s ClubCostco
Users will select what items they want in the grocery store or app. Instacart then connects you to a shopper who will pick out the items you selected.
The app does allow contactless delivery, and the shopper will leave your order at your front door.
Shipt
Shipt delivers from multiple retailers, including Crest and Target.
The service offers several payment options: a $99 annual plan, a $10.99 monthly plan or a $10 one-time order fee.
Walmart
Walmart+ members can have groceries delivered from Walmart stores. Memberships start at $12.95 per month or $98 per year.
Groceries aren’t the only benefits included in this membership.

Sprouts
Sprouts offers delivery with a $10 minimum order. After an order is placed online, personal shoppers pick up the items and deliver them from the nearest store.
Customers can choose a two-hour delivery or schedule a delivery up to six days in advance.
