OKLAHOMA CITY — Paycom donated $32,500 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and East Texas Food Bank on Hunger Action Day through its employee giving program and company donation match.
The donation will support programs that provide meals and resources to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
Paycom’s donation to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma will benefit its Food for Kids initiative, which provides nutritious food and other resources to children across the state.
During the 2025-26 school year, the Regional Food Bank distributed 559,434 food sacks, providing the equivalent of 1.6 million meals to students at 448 schools statewide.
Paycom said its support of food insecurity efforts extends beyond financial contributions. Over the past seven years, the company has helped provide more than 695,000 meals to Oklahomans experiencing food insecurity. More than 1,600 employees have volunteered 4,100 hours at 61 Regional Food Bank events during that period.
“Hunger Action Day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference for our neighbors facing food insecurity,” said Torrie Rennels, senior manager of Learning and Development at Paycom. “Paycom is grateful to stand alongside organizations working every day to ensure families have access to the food, education and sustainable resources they need.”
Stacy Dykstra, chief executive officer of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, said Paycom’s donations and employee volunteer work have helped provide food assistance to families in need.
Paycom’s employee giving program supports local and national nonprofits focused on causes including youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for people with disabilities and food assistance. Employees can select organizations that align with their values, and Paycom matches every employee donation.
