Snagging a reservation to a top New York restaurant can already feel like a supernatural ordeal. Now, there’s a new eatery where ending up in another dimension is apparently part of the appeal.

Netflix’s Stranger Things: The Diner is coming to Manhattan this fall, giving fans a chance to eat, drink and poke around the world of Hawkins. The limited-time restaurant experience comes from Bucket Listers, the company behind pop-ups including the Malibu Barbie Café and the Family Guy Experience. This time, the mood will be considerably stranger, with scenes and fan-favorite moments drawn from all five seasons of the hit Netflix series.

RECOMMENDED: Dun dun! A Law & Order-themed diner will take over this fan-favorite burger joint for one weekend only

During the 90-minute experience, guests will encounter themed food and drinks, photo opportunities and surprises along the way. Organizers are also teasing rifts that could send visitors into the Upside Down. (Exactly how that will work remains under wraps, but it could complicate your dinner plans.)

“Netflix’s Stranger Things has built one of the most recognizable worlds in entertainment and our goal is to give fans a new way to experience the beloved story,” said Derek Berry, President of Experiences at Bucket Listers, in the announcement.

The diner is expected to open this fall, with bookings running through early 2027. Fans hoping to snag an early reservation should get on the waitlist now—signing up gets you the first notification when tickets go on sale and tickets will be available exclusively through Bucket Listers.

Each ticket includes a $10 food credit per guest; additional food, drinks and exclusive merchandise will be sold à la carte, so leave some room in the budget for whatever Hawkins-inspired souvenir catches your eye.

Some essential mysteries remain: We don’t yet know the exact Manhattan address, opening date, ticket prices, or menu, so don’t start promising your group chats a particular waffle situation just yet. For now, the waitlist is the practical first step, and updates will appear through the @strangerthingsdiner and @nybucketlist social accounts.
