Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria announced today that its highly anticipated St. Charles restaurant will officially open Tuesday, October 27 at 3050 E. Main St., further expanding the family-owned company’s presence in the Chicagoland area.
The restaurant marks Lou Malnati’s 70th location and will employ approximately 100 team members. The 6,200-square-foot space features a full-service dining room and bar, private dining room, carryout, delivery and catering services.

Guests can enjoy the full Lou Malnati’s menu, including its legendary Chicago-style deep dish pizza made with its signature flaky buttercrust, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and vine-ripened tomato sauce, as well as thin crust pizza, gluten-free options, appetizers, salads, pastas and desserts.
The St. Charles restaurant will also be the first Lou Malnati’s location to showcase elements of the company’s refreshed brand experience. Updated visual elements, menu design and interior finishes blend the rich history of the Malnati family with a modern, welcoming atmosphere.
To create a restaurant that reflects its new hometown, Lou Malnati’s worked with the St. Charles History Museum to incorporate historic photographs and local storytelling throughout the space. The restaurant design also features family photographs, pizza-pan-inspired décor and subtle nods to the Malnati family’s legacy and Chicago roots.
As Lou Malnati’s continues to expand throughout the Chicagoland area, the company remains committed to being more than a restaurant in the communities it serves. Through local partnerships, charitable involvement and genuine hospitality, Lou Malnati’s looks forward to supporting local organizations and becoming an active member of the St. Charles community for generations to come.
The restaurant is located in the Fox Haven Square development near the northeast corner of Kirk Road and East Main Street.
