I put up a post last week that I found these at my local CVS and I also reached out to Paqui to see if they have been disconnected because they are no longer on the website (that happened around the time that a teenager died after doing the One Chip Challenge) and they are hard to find. I got a response that they are still making them at this time. Now it’s possible that is the corporate-approved answer until the execs make a final decision, so if you like these you may want to grab a few bags if you see them. When (if) they show back up on the website, we should know for certain they are back.

Although the Paqui One Chip Challenge is intended for adults only, we have seen an increase in teens and other individuals not heeding the warnings labels on the packaging.
We also appreciate your interest in PAQUI Haunted Ghost Pepper and are sorry to learn that you are having a difficult time locating this product. We would like to assure you that this product is still available. However, our online locator is currently undergoing some updates, so we are unable to provide any store recommendations at this time.
Our other chips remain available to purchase on our website and in many major retailers.
