Lmk any tips or tricks with this, we drain our pork twice and it feels like it STILL isn’t enough 😭

It’s blended a certain way that makes it look like that I think. A lot of what you are draining also may be liquid, and not all fat.

It’s Waygu pork, probably got sent a premium protein by mistake.

I feel like the majority of protein I receive from HelloFresh is very fatty…and then they call for you to oil the pan too?! Seems a little much to me…I usually omit the oil, but I’m still surprised with how much fat ends up in the dish.
