finally found chunjang the rare time it was in stock in a shop an hour away from me and got to make my own homemade jjajangmyeon for the first time!

I love store bought black bean sauces and enjoy jjajang flavoured instant noodles the rare time I’ve been able to get them in my country (and have never gotten to try proper jjajangmyeon at a restaurant or anything like that), so I was SO excited to finally find black bean paste so I could do my own thing with it. couldn’t be happier with how this came out as a first-time experiment
