This to me looks like they had a wing order left over from previous and when you ordered the same thing they went ahead and heated this bad boy up in the microwave instead of making you a fresh order

How? If they used the pizza oven that box would be ashes (Pizza ovens get very hot), or they just through the box in a microwave.
