Great stuff. Recipe said yield was about six half-pints, but it filled seven (in fridge, being consumed). You can use frozen cherries, as well as fresh, and the chocolate is supplied by cocoa powder. I added one teaspoon (total) of almond extract which I believe is an acceptable tweak per Healthy Canning’s article on the subject.
