I’ve eaten at least 300 quarts of green beans that look just like those. I’m still alive, never been sick.

Yep. As long as they’re sealed. Take the rings off. Mine did the same thing.

Siphoning is normal, as long as they started out with the correct head space they are fine! Enjoy!
