Ever gone to a restaurant and ordered a “steak burger”? This is what you should expect. But no, when I ordered a “steak burger” as they called it it was just a very undercooked ground beef patty that was only barely bigger than a quarter pound patty because it was still full of blood. Like, what else should you expect when they even give you the option of how done you want it, like a regular steak? Uncooked ground beef doesn’t have the greatest texture.
