
This was so much fun to do!
I soaked my chickpeas for 20 ish hours. Cooked in the instant pot. Lazily picked out some of the skins.
I used my food processor, mostly because it’s quieter than my vitamix. I think the texture is perfect, but I’m sure you could get it even creamier in a blender.
I made regular, spicy and roasted bell pepper. No oil but I did use tahini.
This was 1lb dried beans and made a ton. So probably will do half this next time.
So SO good.
Flavor and topping and serving recommendations? We’re going to be eating nothing but hummus for a week 😅
