  2. Hi love your show although I have to say its for hipsters, I've been a tradional butcher for 45 years and we aren't covered with tattoos we are working men . So thanks for the tips to youngsters but they are not real butcher's.

  3. I do it pretty the same, but I complete it with some roasted Blackwood Forest bacon, melted onions and a sauce of horse raddish, Dijon mustard and mayo.
