the star of the show is the rice cooked in homemade chicken stock and saffron. with it I did a crispy chicken thigh, grilled courgette, cucumber salad, a lemony garlic aioli, and some chopped tomatoes. Plus chargrilled peppers and pickled garlic from jars.
