Directions: 1. Add everything to a high speed blender. Start on low speed setting to get things moving and then turn to highest speed. Pressing down with tamper on the sides to keep things moving. Blend until things look smooth. The longer you blend the creamier it can get. This only takes a few minutes.
Using a 32 oz vitamix so if using a larger blender would up the amounts.
Note: if NOT using a high speed blender be cautious here as there’s potential to burn your blender out and I don’t have personal experience to share with that. It may take longer and just be sure to start on a low setting to get it pulverized and then up speed from there. Using some sort of tamper to keep things easily blending.

Hell yeah, this is 50% of the reason I bought my Vitamix. The “fresh” grind machines in stores don’t even get close to smooth.
Pro tips:
1. if you put it directly in the fridge after you make it then the oil will _never_ separate like the stuff on store shelves
1. add a few whole dates (to taste) whilst blending if you like your peanut butter sweet
1. works with almonds too (they do need to be _roasted_ and I look for _dry roasted_, i.e., roasted _without oil_)

Feels like some magic or witchcraft with how easy this is to make 😂
Ingredients:
– 2 cups dry roasted unsalted peanuts
– 1/2 tsp salt
