Hi. Can I use yellow mustard instead of dijon mustard?

darn olive oil. I literally can't have any fats. Stupid gallbladder will kill me with this recipe. Why can't I find a nonfat option for salad dressings. It's impossible.
I watched the vide for 2 minutes. Didn't even finish it. Walked to the kitchen. Made it in 3 minutes including getting the ingredients out. Added pinch of an Italian herb blend before shaking……..and it was fantastic!

Dijon is an emulsifier. Jeeps the vinegar/oil feom sperating. Can't refrigerate this. Olive oil will start to partially solidify.
