  2. Why would it go bad after a week in the frig?? Nothing seems like it'd go bad even if you made a pint to last a month or more.

  3. darn olive oil. I literally can't have any fats. Stupid gallbladder will kill me with this recipe. Why can't I find a nonfat option for salad dressings. It's impossible.

  4. I watched the vide for 2 minutes. Didn't even finish it. Walked to the kitchen. Made it in 3 minutes including getting the ingredients out. Added pinch of an Italian herb blend before shaking……..and it was fantastic!

  5. 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup vinegar.
    This would be for one salad or a bunch of them?

  6. Dijon is an emulsifier. Jeeps the vinegar/oil feom sperating. Can't refrigerate this. Olive oil will start to partially solidify.
