I think it’s one of many types of seaweed salad. I’ve been meaning to get some salted seaweed stems and make them. I think you have to soak them to remove salt.

But I’ve actually seen prepared seaweed salad in the frozen section of my local Asian mart. So you can deffo find it pre-prepared.
Seaweed. Find a pack from Asian market and read the food label. You don’t want to touch it again.
