My favourite go-to “treat” dinner that keeps me in line with my goals. Whole wheat Greek pita (250), 1/4c sauce (35), 45g low fat mozzarella (105), turkey pepperette (45) non starchy veg toppings (~5) = 440 cals of deliciousness. Can be done with lower-calorie pitas to make it even lower, but this is what was available and the Greek ones are thick and fluffy.

Just getting back into counting as if this week and it’s going great so far. So much easier since I’ve eliminated alcohol from my life.
