    This will be my 1st time trying mahi-mahi-mahi. We do eat Tilapia but I’m gathering from these comments & convo w/ co-workers that Tilapia isn’t good for you & isn’t a good fish to eat?

    I followed the recipe more or less exactly and it came out fantastic! I served it with some sweet corn on the cob and some spanish rice. One of the most popular meals I've ever made for the family. I probably looked at a dozen different fish taco videos before deciding that these looked the best. I definitely made the right choice.     The "raw" uncooked tortillas are the BEST for fish tacos. They are in the fruit/vegetable section at most grocery stores. You heat them until they get bubbles and don't look "doughy" anymore. So much better than already cooked tortillas.
