How To Make Beef Kofte With Saffron Yoghurt

500g beef mince
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp onion powder

1/4 tsp ground saffron with sugar
1 tbsp hot water
200g plain yoghurt

  2. Thought you were suppose to add bread crumbs? Even heard of ppl using panko crumbs but think that's for frying? I'm using grilling method
