But I don't add salt when I cook the mussels or fresh fish as this products are already salted by nature.

Why did I buy a cataplana?
I tried one of your dish requiring saffron (the saffron I used were not the brand you recommended, but still it was a pricy brand) and I notice a choline smell coming from the dish. Is it suppose to smell like that?
