[Linguine with Clams]
500g of littleneck clams
220g of linguine
2-3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
A pinch of hot pepper flakes
1/4 cup white wine
1 tbsp fresh chopped parley
1 tbsp of butter
salt and pepper to taste
