    Recipe:
    1 whole bulb of garlic
    2 large, ripe tomatoes,
    3 serrano peppers
    1 large white onion
    5-6 springs cilantro

    Directions:
    Peel the garlic, and cut the tomatoes and onions into thick slices. Rosy the peeled garlic, tomato slices, onion slices, and peppers in a cast iron pan on high heat with your oil of choice. One all ingredients have a good char, remove from the pan. Chop the onions, tomatoes, and peppers into chunks. Grind the garlic cloves with a pinch of salt in the molcajete. Continuing to grind, add the peppers, then onions, then tomatoes. Once the desired texture is reached, chop the cilantro and mix into the salsa.
