Harvested the rest of my peppers: jalapeños, serranos, habaneros, thai, and sweet wax. Any suggestions on what to do with them? Canning recipes would especially be appreciated

You could make habanero sauce and put it on things for an extra kick! I bet some of those peppers could be chopped and stir-fried into a slow cooker chilli, tacos, burritos, and even with eggs or certain meats or like a bread dip. And dehydrating them can be wonderful in like Asian rice or noodle dishes or even pasta?

Wow, all my favorite peppers, great in scrambled eggs or stir fry!

Add in olives, dice that up, add vinegar and olive oil and make a pepper relish.
