Easy Shakshuka Recipe –
Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin powder
Chili powder (to taste)
1 & 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
4 eggs
Black pepper
Salt
Coriander
Parsley
Steps:
1. In a pot or pan, cook the chopped pepper and onion with a little bit of oil.
2. When the onion starts becoming translucent add the chopped garlic and spices.
3. Incorporate the tomatoes and mash them lightly. Cook at low heat. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Make some holes with a spoon and add the eggs.
5. Cover and let cook for until the whites of the eggs are no longer raw.
6. Add chopped parsley and coriander to finish.

Can someone mention the ingredients? I couldn't make out what spices were added apart from paprika and salt
Im Mexican and I've made this and eat it with corn tortillas.had no idea this was called shakshuka
