  5. im a purist, if you put anything that isn't cheese inside, it's not grilled cheese anymore, it's more a panini or melt at that point.

  6. My word man… I’m late to the party but just made this and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever eaten – in a grey and gloomy UK and it was like getting a hug off your food!

You put that bacon directly on the sheet tray…. put another sheet tray or taller pan the same or roughly the same size on top and cut your cook time in half or even ÷3… you said something like flip it after 20… but I do it like that and there's no need to flip… load up the bottom tray and leave the other one in the oven… like as soon as you put the upper tray/pan on top, it'll start cooking the bacon from the top… that's kinda what the advantage of a pan instead of another sheet on top is because of more surface area exposed to the heat of the oven… or even flip that rack upside down and put it ON the bacon with the legs sticking up is the way I would do it if you really just wanna use that rack… perfectly flat perfectly cooked bacon everytime in 10 minutes tops

  9. U ever see snowpiercer TV show . After starving and eating bugs for like 8 years. He gets some tomato soup and grilled cheese. 😢

  10. Kerrygold has an aged reserve cheddar, comes in a black package. One of my favorite cheddars for grilled cheese and mac n cheese.
