I wanted to save your recipe to my "Recipes" library — but I couldn't find the link. I'll just search "Zucchini Fritters" the next time I plan to make some.
I notice that everbody in the cook videos uses a bowl and a whisk, I find the easiest way is to put the eggs in a tea/coffee cup and use a fork to mix the eggs

These zucchini fritters are the best I make them all the time. The only thing I do different is put some baking powder in and make them rise higher
