How To Make Armenian Vospov Kofte (Red Lentil Kofte)
1 cup red lentils
3 cups cold water
1 cup bulgur
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve as appetizer or with salad

How would it taste if after I formed them I seared them in a pan with a little oil or on charcoal? Would that work?

Henry when onions gently fry add salt which will draw out the water, it applies to lots of veg.
