Breakfast Casserole. Sausage Egg Biscuit Casserole. This casserole gives you sausage, eggs, and biscuits in one pan. Mix it up and let it bake while you get ready for church or work.

You can make the biscuit dough and cook the sausage ahead of time or you can use them store biscuits to save time in the morning. The store biscuits tended to float a little which made the top get done a little faster and they were a little chewy, but they did work. The homemade biscuits tasted better and cooked more even.

The casserole came out of the glass pan much easier and Bret said you MUST make gravy to pour over top when you serve it.

Ingredients:

8 Eggs
1/2 Cup of milk
1 lb. Sausage

1 Cup of shredded cheese *optional*
