Chicken Tacos Recipe
Oil
5 pc chicken thighs
1 tsp roasted garlic and herb to taste
1 tsp adobo to taste
1 tsp paprika to taste
1 tsp taco seasoning to taste
1 tsp garlic powder to taste
1 tsp cumin to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
tortillas
lettuce shredded
tomatoes diced
avocado
cilantro chopped
lemon/lime squeezed
Mexican crema
cheese

    Looks delish, as always, Tammy! I've never seen tortilla boats…did you make them yourself or buy them, and if store-bought, where did you find them? They're very cool looking. I love how you rock the spices…just put a lot in, no measuring…that's the way to cook…I stopped measuring when I was a teenager and it used to worry my mom, but she always loved my food and she was a fabulous cook and baker and taught all of us to cook at an early age! I finally convinced her to stop measuring everything and she went to town! I love watching you in the kitchen…you're very brave to cook on-line and share your world with the rest of us. I wouldn't know what to do in front of a camera as I'd be worried about flubbing up everything! Thank you for sharing…you're a fabulous chef…nothing like a home chef 💖🌺
