  1. I made this for dinner for my family tonight and they loved it!!! Everyone was asking for the recipe and I directed them all to your channel! I used Turkey Italian Sausage because we don't eat pork but it turned out AMAZING!!! Thanks for the great video!

  2. Thank you for watching and giving it a try Stewart! Glad to hear everyone tried it! I've been eating a lot of ground chicken and chicken Italian sausage lately and LOVE IT! Healthier too! If you haven't already, check out the chicken lasagna recipe on here. If you liked the manicotti, I think you'll like this as well!

Thanks again bud for watching and trying it!

  3. Used more parmigiana and Italian seasoning but this recipe was perfect!!!! Thank you for sharing! And cutting out the boiling to al dente step!

  4. What else did you sprinkle onto the finished product? Green in color. Just before you sliced off a piece.

  5. Awesome Recipe! Love the raw Manicotti Idea! I appreciate the recipe! I tweaked a little for my family's taste! Love the tip on using cottage cheese , in place of the very expensive ricotta! I live in Louisiana …"Cajun /Creole Country"! If it's works for us then it works for everyone else! I used some of our smoked sausage, etc! Recipe came out "Awesome"! Tweek your recipes to your taste! The "Wolf Pit ", Recipes are awesome!!!! "I'm a fan!!! "Wow"! "The Wolfe Pit! Awesome !

  6. I'm sicilian, And have been making these since my grandmother showed me . The Ricotta has a heavier substance to it. Cottage cheese a very different taste and substance to it. Yes, you CAN taste the difference. Therefore making the Manicotti more watery and robust tasting . I've made both. I still like the Ricotta . PS your Vid was very nice nonetheless. 🙂

  7. I'm making this today but I only have some ground pork, so I'll have to add extra spices but that's okay. Also won't be adding water because for some reason it makes the sauce taste starchy to us, will use more sauce instead

  8. so………….! the ground sausage was turned into a beverage ? wtf, where's the sausage ?

  9. Hi I made the recipe and it was delicious thanks for putting video together! Happy thanksgiving 🍁 from Maryland.

  10. The problem that in Italy none call that dish Manicotti (never heard this word before). It's cannelloni. Check it. Period. Greeting from Italy.

    (poor Italian language… Rigoda…manigodi…pamijeeaaan…).
