

First loaf was ok, but visually didn’t look too appealing. Probably because of spraying water before the baking. But now I’m so proud of this one that I didn’t want to slice it as it looked so nice. It feels so good to learn how to bake nice bread and being able to make it anytime you want (as long as you will start the day before).
I’m still learning and want to experiment with different flours, but I love how sourdough is rewarding.
65% hydration
500g wheat 12% flour
100g starter
10g salt
