1 lb. of Shrimp (large) deveined and peeled
1/2 – 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
6 – 8 slices of Bacon
1 tbsp Creole/Cajun seasoning
3 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Grits
2 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Salt
Fresh Ground Peppercorn to Taste

  5. I feel you but I don't put cheese in my grits that's too country for me I just put in water stir it up and then after it's done I add my sugar cuz you push shrimps .and bacon and all that stuff and then that's how country people eat them

  7. Couple of things I would change. You're leaving all of that fond at the bottom of the pan. After you finish your shrimp, hit the pan with some hot sauce and some of that stock to get that stuff off of the bottom of the pan. Once your stock reduces, throw in your bacon, heat that, and throw in some heavy cream. Now you have a sauce.
