



Saw a video for diy fruit roll ups. Making a spicy one sounded like a good idea. 1 container of fresh strawberries and 1 of cranberries, blended then strained. 16 tbs of sugar separated into 2 pans and a blend of habanero, ghost, and reaper powder dusted on top of one. The non spice one is in the kitchen oven, spicy is on the smoker. Lowest oven setting for a few hours until the top isnt sticky anymore. Lips, tongue, and a little burn in the throat currently from eating the first one.

And I don’t know if you painstakingly measured out 16 Tablespoons, but that just equals 1 cup.
You can make these savory and really healthy too. Try it with carrot, onion, garlic and peppers. Add honey, it’ll keep it all together by itself and adds a little sweetness, but not too much. Also could add a beet for color, because those ingredients alone might be a little pale and look unappetizing.
For a minute I thought you were smoking the salmon megalodon.
