Name of Mustard/vinegar sauce came with naengmyeon?
SS: So its a vinegar with a mustard flavor in it. It came with a packet of naengmyeon. I doubt it’s unique- I just want to know what it’s called so I can buy more of it! Any help is appreciated! Thanks all!
It’s called gyeoja sauce (also called naengchae sauce). Ottogi sells it in a bottle! They also sell a more concentrated paste of just the mustard in a tube.
