i had it at a Korean restaurant. it tasted like calamari but without breading, sort of chewy, and a little sour (like kimchi).

    No. It’s not easy. Lol. It’s deliciously seriously processed fish leftover parts. Goes great with teokk bukki. Seoul late night craving.
