i got flamed last time for posting on here but i just wanna know if my excel thing is something i should follow… ignore the high cal numbers i’ve been in a binge cycle

    900 is a fairly steep deficit — maybe try smth less aggressive, esp if you’re prone to bingeing. I know that cutting my cals super low definitely made me overeat more.

    From post history it looks like you struggle with an eating disorder. Seek professional help, strangers are the internet cannot help you, and if they are unaware of your eating disorder they may unintentionally give you harmful information. Deficit and restriction is most likely going to trigger your binge eating. Only a professional can help you navigate this is a healthy manner.

    That’s a huge deficit for someone who weighs only 120 lbs, I also think you are over estimating the calories burned through excercise. How is your tdee 2600 ? You are not a huge person, unless you are doing 2-3 hours of intense running 3 times a week, that doesn’t seem right . I suggest re calculate your macros and put activity level as low. 1600-1800 cals isn’t bad but it’s not if you’re 2600 cals maintaining is not right.
