The zucchini was bad before I had a chance to make this, so I improvised and roasted some broccoli with homemade Tuscan heat spice instead. Worked great!

Oooh I made this a week and a half ago!! Except for some reason they gave me penne instead of rigatoni 😂 not a big deal though, they are similar 😂
