Just made it. Not Trader Joe's though. I don't think we have that in Canada. But accept all substitutes. The end product is simply delicious. It was the salsa that attracted me, and IMHO, the salsa that made it special. Another gem by Chef John.
Trader Joe’s is only found in the USA. I always beg my family and friends to pick up items on their way back to Canada, but I think I can fix this with Canadian ingredients! No maple syrup, though!

Can you do the recipe for Whole Foods turkey meatloaf…🇺🇸
The eggs may be Cage free, but the shell, definitely makes it a Cell, just another word for cage….😀
That thermometer read 154F at best! Carryover?
very good
can't even count how many times i've made this since it came out
Yummy recipe,I ate it on my Trader Joe's Spring Revelry° dinner plates. You can wash it down with Trader Joe's Organic NA Chardonnay° .
Love your humor!
Inorganic bread crumbs is what I want in my meat loaf.
Trader Joe's is great. But I miss Trader Jose's.

You can't put a price on a good meatloaf 😃

I hate pesticides in my bread crumbs also. Hate it when they do that!
Salsa? No, it needed ketchup. Btw, I can’t stand anything from Trader Joe’s
I really like your recipes chef
I would buy everything at T.J.'s but the meat…The meat there is too expensive…You might as well go to a diner than pay these outrageous prices.

I make trinity and mirepoix and freeze it in quart size bags. No waste, and it's ready when I am. You're welcome.
