Lamb shoulder chops are a nice, and much cheaper, alternative to the more popular loin chops. As you’ll see, we do our take on the classic mint jelly and turn an old cliché into a new and flavorful sauce.

  2. Really nice mint jelly recipe! I made it with apricot jam, and chili powder as I didn't have marmalade or chili flakes. Really looking forward to it on our lamb roast tonight! Thanks!

  3. He should, but then people wouldn't visit the blog where all that is written, but not the procedure – so they need to refer to the video – the complete recipe is in neither place. It's a pain in the ass.
