Last time I ran out of rolls, I put my burger on toast…. It is now my preference.

Actually not a bad idea. Breakfast sandwich on a buttery croissant is always a winner, probably great for all kinds of sandwiches. I’ve been thinking about a croissant sandwich with deep fried turkey, sliced thick, goat cheese and cranberry relish.
