  1. I liked your vid a lot! I have been trying to find for a YouTube video like yours that really breaks down the stuff in this video. 👍 👏Your vid for sure reminds me of the content from Dr. Ethan. Ethan's tips are totally useful and he really helped me on my studies. He is the helpful health enthusiast in the UK and he teaches vitamins and vaccines.

I suggest you see his YT out and give Dr Ethan a like over here! 👉 #DrEthanTips

  2. Exactly how we make it at home , I am saying exactly because a lot of times even we , will use this gorgeous Italian parmesan cheese as well , it's very similar to our cheese of use kefalotiri , with less nutmeg , but I love it so for me everrything you did on this dish it was perfect .
Great video and fun to watch , thank you , God bless .

  3. I became obsessed with making Pastitsio last year, A Greek neighbor made it for me years ago and I never forgot how good it was. I'm Italian also. I make mine very similar to yours. Just a few differences. I use tomsto sauce only, 15oz can of chento. I coat the pasta on the bottom with a beaten egg, and I only use cinnamon, no Clove's or bay leaf, but of course I use onion and garlic too. And I cook the meat about an hour. Then I assemble just like you did. This is how my Greek friend made hers. I find the meat to be juicer with the sauce. I love it. Next to Baked Ziti, Pastitsio is my fave. 😊 I enjoyed watching your recipe very much, thank you.

  4. My Greek Mother inlaw uses tomato paste to coast the pasta so that the pasta sets better. Try Zitoni napalatano next time. that what they use for Pastitsio

  5. A small tip is to use red wine before adding tomato sauce and also add a couple allspice it really makes it worth wild. Good job by the way it looks good. My mom's recipe..

  6. Love your recipe but the load music in the background maybe lower it 🙂
