I'm a JERSEY, American -Italian … we make the fiore the Zuccini a different way … We do mozzarella and Anchovies in a batter that is like a tempura mix ! yours looks good to but very different …. My Nona is Napolitano .. and the Calabrese people make it the same way … Is your recipe SICILIAN?
