parmigiana cheese
ricotta cheese
mozzarella ricotta

  3. I'm a JERSEY, American -Italian … we make the fiore the Zuccini a different way … We do mozzarella and Anchovies in a batter that is like a tempura mix ! yours looks good to but very different …. My Nona is Napolitano .. and the Calabrese people make it the same way … Is your recipe SICILIAN?

  4. Ma, devo frigge la pancetta prima, no? The pancetta needs to be fried first right? Also what is the benefit of mixing flour with the bread crumbs? What proportion did you use when you mixed the dry bread crumbs with the flour. Mille grazie.
