HONEY MUSTARD SALMON

Ingredients

2 fillets of salmon, 130g each
oil to pan fry the salmon
dill leaves to garnish

Marinate:
2 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon grainy mustard
2 teaspoon honey
Few sprigs dill leaves, sniped
juice of half a lemon
salt
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a spoon.
Marinate the salmon in the mustard marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a non stick pan to medium heat and cook the salmon fillets, with the skin side down first. Cook each side of the salmon, baste the fillets with the leftover marinate.

Once cooked, serve garnished with dill leaves.

  2. Very nice. 2 questions please. How long does the salmon need to marinate for? How should you test the fish to know it is cooked?
