Hello everyone.
In this video I am making stuffed grape leave which is called Sarma in Turkiye.
It is one of my favourite dishes.
Ingredients for stuffing:
Rice,
Ground beef,
Tomato,
Fresh mint,
Garlic,
Tomato paste,
Olive oil,pomegranate sauce/olive oil, salt, black pepper.
And to stuff : grape leaves.
Mix properly all the stuffing ingredients and place in each leave with eyeball estimate roll once and fold from both sides then keep rolling.
Make sure you roll them tight!
Once you are done with rolling place potatoes/tomatoes or even some grapes leaves at the bottom of the pan and place the rolled leaves.
This is to prevent the leaves from sticking to the pan.
Put a heavy plate or bowl on the leaves to prevent them to unroll while cooking.
Cook it at the minimum heat for 25 maximum 30 minutes.
