I️ only had this banchan before catching the ferry to Nami Island at a wonderful dakgalbi place. I️ assume it’s seaweed noodles but I’m not sure what the sauce is made of. Can anyone assist???

In my experience it’s usually a mayo base, possibly some yogurt or pineapple juice to thin it out a little. Seaweed noodles are correct, aka 천사채

You can search for cheonsachae recipe. I use mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar like this recipe -[https://www.aeriskitchen.com/2008/12/half-transparent-noodle-salad-%EC%B2%9C%EC%82%AC%EC%B1%84-%EC%83%90%EB%9F%AC%EB%93%9Ccheonsachae-salad/](https://www.aeriskitchen.com/2008/12/half-transparent-noodle-salad-%EC%B2%9C%EC%82%AC%EC%B1%84-%EC%83%90%EB%9F%AC%EB%93%9Ccheonsachae-salad/)
But Ive seen that some recipes have mustard which ive never used.
Disclaimer: Im not Korean so I could be wrong, Ive just had the same craving for this noodle salad and tried to make it.
