THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED:

MAPLE PECAN CINNAMON ROLLS:
Maple Candied Pecans:
1-¾ cups raw pecan halves
¼ cup + 3 tablespoons maple syrup
¼ teaspoon salt

Maple Pecan Dough:
4 ½ – 5 cups flour
2 packets Fleischmann’s® RapidRise®Instant Yeast (4-½ teaspoons)
1-½ teaspoons salt
1-½ cups milk
5 tablespoons butter
¼ cup maple syrup
1 egg, room temp

Cinnamon Pecan Filling:
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
7 tablespoons softened butter
1-½ cups finely chopped maple pecans

Maple Icing:
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
¼ cup coarsely chopped maple pecans

CRANBERRY SPICED CINNAMON ROLLS:
Cranberry Spiced Orange Filling:
2-½ cups whole cranberries (fresh orfrozen)
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1-¼ tablespoon Argo® cornstarch

Cranberry Spiced Dough:
4 ½ – 5 cups flour
2 packets Fleischmann’s® RapidRise®Instant Yeast (4-½ teaspoons)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1-½ teaspoons salt
1-½ cups milk
5 tablespoons butter
1 egg, room temperature

Orange Icing:
3 tablespoons heavy cream
¼ teaspoon orange zest
1 cup powdered sugar
Pinch of salt

GINGERBREAD CINNAMON ROLLS:
Gingerbread Dough:
4 ½ – 5 cups flour
2 packets Fleischmann’s® Rapid Rise®Instant Yeast
1-½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1-½ cups milk
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg, room temperature

Gingerbread Filling:
¾ cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon nutmeg
7 tablespoons softened butter

Cream Cheese Icing:
3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
1-½ cup powdered sugar

I had a huge passion for cooking and you are the reason for that when I was like four years old is when I watched your first is when I first watched your videos and now I am out here cooking a ton and I’ve been finding a recipe for cinnamon rolls and I finally just found one from my inspiration.   8. Fun tip: For serving a couple, use those extra small disposable foil pans, then line with parchment, and place just three rolls into each of four pans. Proof and bake just one pan for now. Place the remaining pans into freezer baggies and allow to proof then place into the fridge or freezer. They can be baked from the fridge up to a few days later and a couple of months later from the freezer. Allow to come to room temperature before baking.🥰
