Traditional Turkish meatball “Köfte” are served as a main course with french fries,rice pilaf, vegetables and yoghurt.
Ingredients;
– 500 gr ground beef
– 125 gr stale bread (4-5 slice) or 3/4 cup of breadcrumb
– 1/4 cup of milk or water
– 2 medium diced onions
– 1 egg
– 1 tbsp parsley
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1 tsp dried cumin
– 1/2 tsp chili powder
– 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
– 1/2 tsp salt

    sind zu viel auf 1/2 kg faschiertes.
    Habe gerade 1/2kg faschiertes in Miestkùberl geschmissen.
